PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage access gates on a large manufacturing site to allow entrance or exit for deliveries, vendors, and visitors.
- Direct deliveries and personnel to appropriate area on the campus.
- Maintain a daily vehicle log of inbound and outbound traffic.
- Follow all safety and site policies and procedures.
- Generate Incident Reports that may include photographs and detailed information of an event.
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the Company.
- Inspects buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Ensures all department policies and procedures are maintained and followed.
- Makes decisions with an understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve desired results.
- Responsible for monitoring of the property and access control.
- Reports atypical situations to management.
- Responds and reports on all emergency, fire, and safety hazards.
- Promotes positive public relations by offering courteous service to customers, visitors, and guests and responding to their requests.
- Assesses monitoring faults and prioritizes, responds, and escalates accordingly.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
- Informs violators of policy and procedures.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption.
- Tech savvy including the use of telephone, camera, and access control systems as well as e-mail, database, and other computer applications.
- Must demonstrate good judgement.
- Must be of good character, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable.
- Must present a professional business image through appropriate business attire and grooming.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
