We have an immediate and exciting new opening for a Fuel Cell Development Intern in Torrance, CA. You'll be given the opportunity to develop next generation products and technologies for the automotive industry.
As the Fuel Cell Development Intern your responsibilities will include working with the Fuel Cell Engineering team in Plymouth, MI. Assignments are 3 months in length and full-time in nature. Students can expect to gain hands-on work experience and to work on a variety of relevant projects.

The Fuel Cell Development intern will work on research, design, prototyping, test and characterization of cutting-edge hardware.
The work will involve:

• Engineering support and collaboration with cross-functional teams on implementing changes to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Testing and evaluation of components, products and processes
• Test data analysis, post-processing, characterization, visualization and documentation
• Test method development and/ or optimization

Basic Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on lab testing experience
• LabView experience
• MATLAB, VBA experience

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $25 an hour
Maximum: $45 an hour
Note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, education, training, and/or experience.
