SalaryJoin our team at Green N Growing in Pflugerville, TX! We're seeking to fill a loader position where you would frequently help load customers' vehicles. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting 40lb bags of soil, compost, mulch, and plants. This includes various other job duties which we have listed below.
Responsibilities:
Safely loading customers' purchased items, including bags of soil, fertilizers, and plants, ensuring to match the soil listed on their receipt.- Efficiently watering and labeling plants.
- Assisting customers in locating products and providing friendly customer service.
- Efficiently unload trucks, paying meticulous attention to detail to verify the accuracy of deliveries.
- Safely handle and unload plants from delivery trucks to our designated receiving areas.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members to organize inventory and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
- Physical stamina as this job involves you being on your feet all day and working in various weather conditions and the capability to lift heavy objects safely.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
