Currently hiring for Breakfast servers. Must be reliable and friendly with a get it done attitude. Previous F&B experience is not necessary but is definitely a plus.
Required Skills and Requisites:
- Responds to all guest and client requests promptly and efficiently.
- Set up tables as instructed by supervisor to include linen, service ware, and glassware.
- Attend pre-shift meetings as needed to discuss particulars, including service, guest, and hotel expectations.
- Greet guests and respond to requests quickly and courteously.
- Serve food and/or beverages according to supervisor's directions.
- Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course or at the end of the meal.
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
- Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking stations with supplies.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.
- Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements: Required Skills and Requisites ·
- Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Possess strong communication skills. · High School Diploma preferred. · Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
