Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Game Producer. In this role, you will be a vital part of our game development and production process. As a key player in our game development and production process, you'll work closely with the team to help plan and execute projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and with top-notch quality by consistently conducting hands-on review of the games throughout the game development process. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams, keeping the communication flowing, managing project schedules, and researching industry trends. To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in game development or project management, a true passion for gaming, superb organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior experience in game development or related projects, that would be a big plus.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides vision to the development team creating compelling games.
  • Manages critical production elements throughout all stages of game development to product release.
  • Contributes to and provides leadership on multiple projects / processes / workflows that typically impact multiple internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Leads development of game concepts based on intellectual property, DG games in other formats or original game ideas.
  • Creates and presents conceptual level story boards for possible new games and prepares conceptual design documents for review by stakeholders.
  • Ensures the technical and creative vision for games include playability, fun factor, and unique features.
  • Actively drive team to deliver a polished product within set deadlines.
  • Coordinates inputs from a variety of creative and knowledgeable individuals internal and external
  • Manages regular product reviews and prioritizes feedback from the PSC.
  • Facilitates the improvement of the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and profitability.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as needed and/or requested by management.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Art or Game Development or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in development in the games industry and/or casino gaming
  • Advanced-in depth knowledge of the gaming industry
  • Game design, software games production/development, project management experience

Knowledge and Abilities Requirements

  • Must have a strong understanding of game development process, including programming, art creation and design.
  • Must have effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent with cross-functional communication.
