Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Explain game rules and provide instructions to players
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when needed
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all players throughout the game
- Reset game rooms and props for the next group of players with attention to detail
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
Skills:
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate game rules and instructions
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and friendly manner
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a memorable experience for guests
- Proficient in guest services, ensuring all needs are met during their visit
- Familiarity with theater or performance arts is beneficial for creating immersive experiences
- Effective conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during games
