Work Assignment:

This role will work onsite full time .

What You’ll Do ​

Responsible for creating and validating all Level 4 PFMEAs

-Responsible for creation of documents to support Operation Readiness in General Assembly including the Error Proofing Validation Sheets, Tool Verification Sheets, Quality Control Operation sheets, Quality Focus Check sheets, Independent Repair Confirmation sheets, and Torque sheets

-Establish and led a cross-functional PFMEA and problem solving monthly meeting

-Complete approximately ten RPL/RPN reduction activities on current process functions

-Responsible for all User Acceptance Test (UAT) completions to validate error proofing is functioning in General Assembly

-Validated and monitored all process control plan execution in General Assembly
-Championed engineering changes for General Assembly to ensure efficient implementations
-Led an engineering change review meeting with the quality engineers to review all ECRs and TWOs in-coming to General Assembly
-Led GCA Problem solving activities to drive overall score reduction for General Assembly
-Responsible for making all tooling recommendations for current production issues as well as for LCI MVBs
-Responsible for eliminating production-controllable containment activities
-Collaborated cross-functionally to obtain headcount reduction targets by providing process solutions and supporting error-proofing modifications or implementations to achieve the target
-Lead error proofing implementations to support DRR and DRL improvements
-Function as a production supervisor, business manager, and shift leader during absences
-Responsible for maintaining tool coverage in General Assembly for finger guarding safety initiative in manufacturing
