Job description

Citibank, N.A. seeks an FX Corporate Salesperson, Vice President for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Responsible for covering existent clients from consumer and diversified industrials, in addition to focusing on client acquisition and revenues growth in the global network portfolio (subsidiaries in the US). Price foreign exchange (FX) spot, forward, swaps and options supporting Citi FX desk clients. Calculate and monitor credit limit utilization. Provide relevant market update and currency color to clients and understand geopolitics and macro landscape. Provide bespoke Risk Management solutions on the Foreign Exchange to clients. Engage in industry-lead initiatives to leverage on cross-sell opportunities across the organization. Knowledge of digital FX and automation via single-bank and multi-bank solutions. Build new pipelines and establish long-term relationships with clients. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation in the financial services industry. Three (3) years of experience must include: Corporate finance knowledge with capability to evaluate a company's financial statements and financial health; Coverage of multinational companies in global financial institutions and ability to liaise with coverage teams in different countries; Leading growth within global subsidiaries group of clients, including covering Asian corporates to build on Asia-US corridor; Calculate credit usage, using CVA and RWA/ RORC concept to meet adequate returns on transaction(s); Risk management solutions, value-at-risk methodologies, geopolitics, and macro-economic trends; and Selling digital FX single-bank solutions focused on automation. 40 hrs./wk. 20% domestic travel to Citi and client locations.
