Form of workBarclays Services Corp. seeks Futures Regulatory Reporting and Deliveries, AVP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):
- Perform the tasks in handling of all derivative life-cycle events for Barclays Capital, Inc. and Barclays Bank, PLC clients (including proprietarily) trading upon US Exchanges
- Perform Regulatory Reporting adjustments of Large Traders at the US Exchanges and the CFTC for accurate Market Surveillance submission post client compression request(s)
- Option Exercise/Assign processing and the sending of notifications to clients
- Booking physical and cash deliveries into GMI (Back Office Processing System)
- Suggest and implement control and efficiency improvements that conform to the required risk and control policies in place at Barclays
- Ability to interact and respond to high-profile client and business queries regarding derivative transactional and life-cycle activity
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
- May telecommute
What we're looking for:
- Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
