Responsibilities
- Supporting working capital process improvements and reporting.
- Supporting the annual budget, forecast, and monthly actuals/tally processes.
- Consolidation and analysis of other periodic reporting requirements as needed (e.g., Idle Capacity Assessment, FCQ certification, etc.).
- Providing guidance and aid to colleagues supporting the various Manufacturing areas.
- Partnering with finance colleagues in areas outside of Manufacturing.
- Championing the implementation of a new planning system.
- Ensuring financial compliance, standardized financial reporting and sharing of best practices.
- Ad-hoc analysis support.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- BS/BA degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Five to seven years' experience in a finance role.
- Broad practical knowledge with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Effective and demonstrated communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to collaboratively work across functions.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
- Advanced degree/certification such as an MBA or CPA would be beneficial.
- Cost Accounting and/or manufacturing support experience.

$100,700.00 - $171,200.00
