Respond to customer inquires
Takes, verifies, and processes customer orders
Inputs customer sales orders and customer information into computer
Accepts and inputs customer payments
Sends correspondence and maintains store records
Solicits additional business through telephone and card mailings
Post delivery follow ups
Prepares merchandise price tags.
Multiple issues involving customer service.
Sales of company products to include Non-merchandise sales strive to meet and exceed goals monthly.
Aggressive commission system that is easily attainable that is geared toward the success of the Associate and not the Company.
Several opportunities to make additional money with competitions and bonus systems that are not included in the listed salary.
