Who you are and what we will expect from you….
Our Sales Leads work closely with the General Manager to know everything about our product, immerse themselves into our Brand and culture, and take pride in providing every guest with a best-in-class customer experience. In this position you will assist in leading the sales team and assume management duties in the absence of the manager.
Responsibilities of a Sales Lead:
- Carry keys and alarm codes, open and close the store, disarm and arm the alarm system.
- Model exceptional customer relationship and sales techniques for the staff.
- Achieve personal sales goals that meet or exceed company expectations.
- Perform and supervise daily procedures.
- Monitor and assist sales associates; assigns daily tasks.
- Track and communicate daily sales data to deliver sales performance at or above company expectations.
- Assist GM to develop, coach and mentor store associates to achieve store and organizational objectives.
- Assist General Manager to organize and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Handle managerial tasks when the GM is unavailable including bank deposits, balancing POS drawers and conducting cycle counts.
- Check and respond to email and phone messages.
- Promptly respond to customer issues and report or escalate to General Manager per policy.
Qualifications of a Sales Lead:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a luxury goods or comparable retail environment
- Work successfully, both independently and in a team environment
- Maintain a patient and positive attitude
- Excel in customer service, sales and building clientele
- Communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner
