The main duties in this role will center around direct sales, customer service and event coordination.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and right-fit products and services
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing local events. This includes active participation at events.
Stay informed of new benefits and product knowledge
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
