Full-Time Receptionist

Job Summary:
Schlossmann Honda City, a leading automotive dealership in Greenfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is a customer service role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers who walk through our doors. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Direct customers to the correct department and personnel
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
• Manage and maintain customer service area to ensure it is clean and organized
• Process payments for the sales department
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
