About Our Model
- Productivity managed for you. We manage caseloads for clinicians while offering additional compensation when clinicians work above utilization capacity.
- High quality digital care with flexible schedules. Telehealth allows flexible scheduling and fits well with the busy lifestyles not only of our therapists but also our patients. For many patients tele enhances the therapeutic alliance and session attendance, lowers dropout rate and increases patient satisfaction.
- Use of a clinician friendly EMR. We use cutting edge technology for record keeping, electronic scheduling and streamlining day to day practice.
- One stop, comprehensive care. We provide both psychotherapy and medication and patients are expected to receive all their care at Rappore. This ensures continuity of care and eliminates time wasted tracking down outside clinicians who may not be as committed to our patients.
Position Qualifications
- Therapist / psychiatric social worker (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LMHC).
- At least two years of experience working in a mental health setting
- Crisis intervention, emergency room, substance abuse, inpatient and consultation liaison experience desirable
- Accreditation to practice CBT, DBT desirable
- Licensure to practice
