Outpatient Psychotherapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPC-A

We are seeking additional Fully Licensed and Experienced Clinicians to join our outpatient group practice. While we will consider those close to obtaining independent licensure, we are primarily looking for fully licensed clinicians, however, we can accept an LPC-A or LMSW and we do provide supervision.

Benefits

• Those completing 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
• Bi-weekly payroll via ACH
• $800 sign-on bonus for fully licensed clinicians working 30+ hours per week, payable after 60 days.
• $250 per year CEU reimbursement for FT

• Full admin support for scheduling, billing, phone, and reception.
• We have full-time positions available with the freedom to create a schedule during our operating hours that works for you.
• Tiered compensation rate, so the more sessions you complete, the more you make per hour.

$33 - $48 hourly

• Provide in-office sessions or telehealth sessions as requested by patients
• Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans, and determine diagnosis
• Conduct family sessions as appropriate to support the patient
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals and alleviate distressing symptoms
• Coordinate care with physicians and prescribers
• Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity
• Collaborate with our Clinical Director or treatment team and work cooperatively with our admin team
• Complete FMLA, STD, and other documentation
• Preference given to those who see children & adolescents or couples and to those who are bi-lingual

• Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas - LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LPC-A or LMSW
• Must have liability insurance
• Must be dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare
• Prior Mental Health Experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting required
• Must live a commutable distance to Kingwood, TX 77339 ***PLEASE DETERMINE BEFORE APPLYING***
• Computer skills required
• Professional demeanor and work ethic, including time, attendance, and appearance. Dress is business casual
• Ability to work independently
• Able to make and honor a one-year minimum commitment
• Minimum requirement of 30 hours per week
• Must be culturally aware and able to work with a diverse population
