Full Time Painter

Immediate opening for Painters!

We have (2) FULL-TIME openings for skilled and experienced painters. We provide competitive pay (depending on experience) and we pay weekly!

The team would be responsible for painting our apartments as they become vacant. Our company has multiple complexes throughout the Knoxville area with over 1000 units combined. We typically have anywhere from 15-30 apartments needing painted per month.

This may include some mudding/sanding, painting kitchen cabinets, but mostly painting apartment interiors and rarely it may involve prepping/painting our commercial properties. It may also include exterior areas of buildings, foyer areas, exterior doors and entrances.

We provide all paint, equipment and supplies, plus an on duty-work vehicle.

Must be able to perform the following duties:

-Mud/sand to a smooth finish, preferably with little waste of product

-Prep all areas as needed, including priming if need be

-Apply paint using rollers/brushes to create the most professional appearance, avoiding drips, over-spray and bleed-thru while providing a thorough coverage. A paint sprayer may be provided in the future.

-Take care and measures to protect surfaces of flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinets, vents & air returns, knobs/hinges, plumbing, bath tubs and other aspects to avoid paint on unintended surfaces

-Be able to lift 30+ lbs

-Have own transportation to and from work, though a work vehicle will be provided to transport paint, supplies and equipment.
