Painter/maintenance Technician

- Maintain and Repair Residential homes
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including sheetrock plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs and painting.

Skills:
- Demonstrated self management skills to effectively travel to and fulfill work orders.
- Ability to perform home maintenance tasks including drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs and painting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
