Full-Time Nanny/Home Manager for 4 children

             Hello! We are a close-knit family of 6, Mom, Dad, a 12-year-old boy, a 10-year-old girl, and 9-year-old boy/girl twins, with a loveable 60 lb Labrador (whom the children adore!) We love to spend as much time together as we can. We enjoy traveling and visiting national parks together. We have family movie nights together, and this past week we bundled up and went to look at Christmas lights while sipping on hot cocoa. We are a busy family, with lots of activities for the children in the evenings, which is where you come in!

A bit about you:

            You are a fun and experienced professional nanny looking for your next family to work with. You are organized and can help keep the kid's schedules and our lives running smoothly. You take initiative and can do what needs to be done without being asked. You can have fun and joke around with the kids but are also able to step in and get things back to business. You can flex to the individual needs of each child by being active and engaging whether it’s playing sports, doing an art project, or reading a book. While also overseeing their homework, daily chores, and preparing their dinner. Most of all you are reliable and timely, mom and dad are working professionals, who rely on their nanny daily.

Job Duties:

             Your day would start at noon with home manager duties such as assisting with kids’ laundry, meal prep with predetermined recipes, organizing kids’ play areas or seasonal clothing, running errands for the home, etc. The first children arrive home around 2:45 pm and from there the role shifts into childcare-focused.  Helping get the children in the door, identifying homework and chores, and overseeing those activities until they are completed. Depending on the day, you will be assisting Mom with driving children to or from activities, in the family’s provided vehicle, and feeding the children dinner.

Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, PTO, and paid holidays

Qualifications: Experienced, fun yet firm, reliable, COVID and flu-vaccinated

Schedule:  Starting when the right fit is identified, Monday to Friday from 12 to 7 pm. Looking for a year or longer commitment.
