A warm + welcoming family in Muskego, WI is looking for an experienced and loving nanny to join their family.
Both parents have demanding schedules in the medical field. When they have down time, they value spending quality time as a family. They enjoy getting outdoors, whether it’s going for a hike, taking their sweet dog for a walk, or planning a weekend away to Door County. Music is also a passion of theirs and they love to play piano and guitar when they can.
Their 11 month old is incredibly sweet and loves to explore his surroundings. He is finding his little voice and loves to chat and be vocal. He is on the verge of walking and loves to cruise around. He loves playing with blocks, balls and recently started to explore his play kitchen. He is a great eater and is enjoying trying new foods!
The family is hoping to find a nanny that genuinely enjoys working with children and is experienced in all things infant + toddler. Their ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on developmental milestones and come up with creative + fun activities to encourage + support the growth of their son. Someone who is patient, present, calm-natured and engaging will be a wonderful fit for this family.
The family hopes the nanny will be an active part in their son’s day; getting on the floor to play with him, taking him outside, and planning fun outings/activities for him.
Mom and Dad view the nanny as a part of their parenting team. They would love to receive daily updates and pictures throughout the day. It is important that the nanny values open communication and working as a team.
Due to mom and dad both being physicians, they will rely 100% on the nanny to maintain their son’s day. Reliability is a must.
The 11 month old is the priority at all times. When there is down time, the family would appreciate help washing bottles/kitchen items related to his meals, baby laundry, and general tidying + organization of his nursery and common areas.
The family is interviewing now with the position to start as soon as possible for the right candidate.
Schedule:
Core Schedule- Tu-Th: 7:30am-5:30pm, Fr: 7am-4pm
Call (every 9 weeks): The nanny will receive a schedule one month in advance for on-call schedule. During call schedule, the nanny can expect a schedule of M-Fr: 7:30am-2:30pm with the potential to work until 5:30pm on Fridays
Compensation: $20-22/hr
Benefits: 39 hours guaranteed per week, 4 days PTO of nanny's choice, extra PTO when family takes vacation, 3 sick days, paid federal holidays, raises and bonuses based on performance *benefits negotiable during interview process
Notes:
-Family has one sweet 2.5 year old dog. No extra duties outside of filling up his water bowl as needed. If the nanny is a dog-lover, he would love to be let out in the fenced in backyard and loves to play ball!

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
