Full-Time Nanny - Guaranteed Hours

Your weekly pay will be guaranteed for 40 hours, and we offer opportunities for overtime at 1.5 times your hourly rate! Benefits offered as well.

Compensation + Benefits:

• Monthly guaranteed wage of $25/h for 40 hours per week, regardless of how many assignments you are given. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate
• When worked, the following holidays will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate:

Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve or Day
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day

• Paid training + professional development
• Accrue Paid Sick Time immediately; accrue up to 10 days annual Paid Time Off after 90 days
• Eligible for matching Student Loan Reimbursement or Retirement Savings Plan

About you:

• You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid)
• You have at least 1 year of experience with children ages 6 months – 12+ years
• You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their homes, putting safety and engagement above all else
• You have a reliable vehicle
• You’re already CPR certified or able to be so
• You are available  Monday - Friday for 6 - 10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm
