Sugarplum Nannies, a premier nanny agency, is currently in search of an experienced newborn nanny who excels in developmental milestones, childhood education, nurturing, and interactive engagement. This position entails integrating seamlessly into a family in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will offer exceptional childcare for a newborn and provide support as a Mother's Helper while the parent transitions back to work. The family is seeking a committed long-term nanny to join the family.
Location: Back Bay, MA
Compensation: $30-34 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30/9:00AM-6:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in newborn developmental milestones and engage in age-appropriate activities to foster growth and development.
- Maintain consistent nap times and feeding schedules.
- Engage with the child through interactive activities such as singing songs, reading books, and facilitating tummy time.
- Perform light household duties including tidying toys, kitchen cleanliness, dishwasher baby laundry, and overall house neatness.
- Manage diaper changes and other newborn care responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Age: 21 years or older
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in newborn care and nannying
- Driving: Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Background Check: No criminal history
- Language Proficiency: Complete proficiency in English
- References: Minimum of 3 impeccable childcare references
- Certifications: Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to update)
- Education: College degree
- Non-smoker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
