SalaryFamily Syllabus: The family is looking for an amazing nanny to spend their days with their sweet infant daughter! The mom is a professional who works outside of the home and her schedule can change weekly. Their daughter likes to be read to, smiles and coos when spoken to and loves playtime. They also have a lab, so please love dogs!
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal candidate is knowledgeable in child development and upcoming infant milestones. If you are organized, highly competent, intelligent, patient, kind, and reliable, this is the job for you! They would like a nanny who is a good communicator, a natural problem solver, collaborative and proactive yet able to follow directions and integrate feedback. A nanny who is creative with age-appropriate activities, and sticks to sleep, and feeding schedules will thrive in this role. A nanny who can keep the child’s sleeping and play areas clean and tidy, take care of their daughter’s laundry, and prep meals for their daughter would be the perfect combination of skills! A college degree is not required for this role, but a deep understanding of child development is.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days learning and exploring with the sweetest baby girl! The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm or 10 am-7 pm, with flexibility to shift hours and/or stay late if the mother needs to work late or add a weekend day. This role is paying $35-45/hour gross with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Duties for this position will be fully related to their daughter, including her laundry, preparing healthy meals once she starts solids and snacks, and keeping her room and play areas clean, organized, and tidy. If you are open to running errands, that would be helpful as well. The family will travel for a few weeks at a time and they would love the nanny to travel with them, but this is not a requirement of the job.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on the flu and covid vaccines and/or open to getting them in the future.

Five years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
