We are a small firm based with offices in Rye Brook, NY and New York City which operates mainly virtually (with a principal attorney who spends half of his time in L.A.) that handles sophisticated clients and transactions. We focus on working with entrepreneurial and larger companies across industries on their corporate, contractual and deal work and related needs and also are one of the leading firms in the registered investment advisor (RIA) and break-away broker space.
We are looking to add an attorney to our phenomenal existing team who will be the right-hand person and eventual successor to the principal attorney of the firm and have the opportunity to learn how to run and grow a successful firm and build their own practice in a flexible, empowering and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law, and located, preferably in California or New York but open to attorneys from all geographies as we operate virtually.
- Min. 6 years of LAW FIRM experience
- RIA industry experience a big plus but not required
- Great client relationship skills
- Experience managing other attorneys and staff
- Small book of business preferred but not required
- Experience in M & A
Salary 200K-230K plus bonus and benefits.
