Description:
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our technicians are dispatched efficiently and have the resources they need to complete jobs successfully. This involves scheduling our technicians for dispatch work orders and guaranteeing they have the correct tools available to complete the job.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
- Analyze incoming service requests and determine the optimal solution, considering factors such as team arrangement, resource availability, and margin maximization.
- Utilize scheduling software to assign jobs to technicians, considering their schedules, skillsets, and location.
- Communication work order needs to technicians and managers using Salesforce.
- Generate open order reports to track and analyze workload.
- Review pending jobs in detail, understanding their requirements and potential challenges.
- Analyze upcoming technician schedules to ensure optimal assignment and avoid conflicts.
- Review dispatch travel routes and optimize efficiency.
- Order equipment and materials necessary for upcoming jobs, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor email communication to manage lift and equipment scheduling to ensure timely delivery, safety, and efficiency of service.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for BRTs (book flights, rental carts, hotel rooms, etc.).
- Conduct regular and thorough reviews of the work order workflow, promptly identifying and addressing any irregularities to uphold optimal process efficiency.
- Proactively review transactional data for accuracy and timeliness, promptly taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Evaluate schedules for optimal utilization of time and resources.
- Identify and effectively communicate opportunities for improvements in work order management processes.
- Make pre-service calls to customers when required, confirming appointments and gathering additional information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job documentation and records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop solutions for complex issues related to work order management.
- Provide support to departments based on capacity, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma.
- Lives in the Continental US and is a US Citizen.
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Has the ability to work in a remote working environment. Working days include Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Shift time will vary. We anticipate you working 11 am – 8 pm ET on Saturday and Sunday and 9 am – 6 pm ET on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- High attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in scheduling software and other relevant technology tools.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to travel once per year to attend EOS in person.
