SalaryFull-time Nanny needed for a wonderful growing family in Boxford, with two children, ages 1.5 and 3 (and one on the way due in May!), starting April 1st. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and Friday, 9am - 1pm, with 40 hours guaranteed weekly. The family would love to find a long term match (3+ years).
A great fit for this family is someone who brings excitement, passion, and energy to the role; a candidate experienced caring for three small children, whether it be in a daycare, childcare, or nanny setting. They’re open-minded on tenure of experience and more so looking for someone warm, nurturing, patient, trustworthy, outgoing, and communicative, who will take an interest in their children’s interests, and creatively engage them in developmentally appropriate activities. Also, someone who loves getting outdoors and planning outings would be great! They are close by to walking paths and a short drive to the local library and playgrounds.
The family has no pets.
Both parents work primarily from home in private offices.
Compensation: $30/hour (pay increase with 3 children) with 3 weeks of paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, 40 hours of sick time.
All pay on the books through payroll.
