SalaryThis is a Full-Time School Year (191 days), 37.5 hours per week Hours are 7:30 am - 3:00 pm1) Answer phone, direct calls, take messages, schedule appointments, and relay generalinformation as necessary.2) Analyze and classify material for filing and maintain general office files.3) General computer work and word processing.4) Sort, distribute and process mail.5) Receive stock and distribute office supplies.6) Perform routine repetitive tasks related to the operation of various office equipment.7) Assist students, parents and any visitors that come to the front office and relaygeneral information as necessary.a.
