Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of professional Early Childhood Education experience.
- Availability to be scheduled to 5:30 and 6pm some days.
- Have consistent and reliable availability for your agreed upon schedule.
- Communicate frequently and respectfully with children, staff and parents.
- Be willing and able to cover in other classrooms occasionally.
- Be receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Embrace professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
- Maintain ratios at all times, keep accurate attendance, feeding and sleep records of children throughout the day.
- Participate as a team player in all responsibilities and routines of the indoor and outdoor classrooms
- Bring a nurturing, patient energy to each room and the children.
- Adhere to Cornerstone’s daily schedule, curriculum, policies and licensing throughout the day.
- Attend mandatory monthly team meetings
- Minimum requirement for lead position: Associates degree and two years experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional Early Childhood experience
- Background check and fingerprinting completed from previous employment
- OEC Care 4 Kids orientation completed
You will develop your ability to:
- Observe, assess, and interact with children in a manner that always support their growth
- Understand the nuances of child development and developmentally appropriate practice

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
