```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Infant float Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning.
```Duties```
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with literacy education and curriculum development
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson planning and classroom activities
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
