Hiring 1 Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher, 1 Toddler Teacher, and 1 Preschool Assistant Teacher. All fulltime positions with a schedule that varies between 8:00-5:00 and 9:00-6:00.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of professional Early Childhood Education experience.
• Availability to be scheduled to 5:30 and 6pm some days.
• Have consistent and reliable availability for your agreed upon schedule.
• Communicate frequently and respectfully with children, staff and parents.
• Be willing and able to cover in other classrooms occasionally.
• Be receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Embrace professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
• Maintain ratios at all times, keep accurate attendance, feeding and sleep records of children throughout the day.
• Participate as a team player in all responsibilities and routines of the indoor and outdoor classrooms
• Bring a nurturing, patient energy to each room and the children.
• Adhere to Cornerstone’s daily schedule, curriculum, policies and licensing throughout the day.
• Attend mandatory monthly team meetings

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional Early Childhood experience
• Background check and fingerprinting completed from previous employment
• OEC Care 4 Kids orientation completed

You will develop your ability to:

• Observe, assess, and interact with children in a manner that always support their growth
• Understand the nuances of child development and developmentally appropriate practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
