Available Positions:
- Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a people-focused industry, you're likely to excel!

Responsibilities:
- Engage with new members and guide them through the benefits enrollment process
- Customize benefits plans for clients
- Foster relationships with existing and new clients
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Enroll niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs
- Manage benefits for union and association members
- Provide excellent customer service and support for employee benefits inquiries
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service experience is a plus
