This position has a VERY STRONG FOCUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE; upbeat and positive! We rely on our Customer Service staff building long-term relationships with our customers.
We are looking for a sharp, motivated, long-term career-oriented, self-starting individual, someone who executes with precision!
Must have ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK, and have excellent phone skills. Detail oriented, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, not afraid to talk with customers, able to forge relationships quickly. VERY DEPENDABLE!
Strong multi-tasking is a must: our customer-service staff communicates with customers and technicians while managing our customer database.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate customer-care activities
- Manage customer results
- Set-up/maintain customer follow-up schedule
- Perform good-will and customer-assistance calls
- Assist with office administration
- Process customer accounts
- Answer phone
- Miscellaneous office tasks

- Must be flexible for Monday-Saturday schedules
- Willing to work occasional overtime and on Saturdays during high season

- Our customer-Service Representative will need, above all, a confident knowledge of our company’s services and systems. To acquire such understanding, the representative will undergo an extensive training period.
