Summary
Homeowners Association Management firm looking to hire an experienced Community Manager for our office in Concord. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized, able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills and follow-up are of great importance.
Duties
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Supervising the operation and administration of a portfolio of Homeowners.
- Attending and running Board meetings and community events as needed.
- Assembling Board Packets, creating Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Newsletters, Annual Budgets and other documents as required.
- Responsible for routine and special project vendor management, including reviewing contracts and following up as needed.
- Ensuring all civil code and legal requirements are met and associations remain in compliance.
Requirements
All applicants must have at least two (2) years of successful Community Management experience. CCAM or CMCA designation(s) required.
