Full Time Child Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and development of the children in your care. Responsibilities:

- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs. We have a hands on learning curriculum that our staff use.

- Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and naptime

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress

- Observe and document children's behavior and development

- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution

- Collaborate with other childCare Providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

- Previous 1 year experience working with children in a classroom, preschool, or childcare setting

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices

- Strong classroom management skills

- Ability to educate and engage children in age-appropriate activities

- Experience working with infants is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- High school diploma or equivalent
