We specialize in providing individualized treatment rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to give our clients that chance. Through continuous assessment and evaluation, we identify unique strengths to help learn language and functional communication, develop social skills to create meaningful relationships, and minimize inappropriate behaviors.
We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities, as well as a passion for helping them reach their full potential. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, monitoring progress, and providing positive reinforcement. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data and record behavior changes.
- Provide feedback to the supervising BCBA on progress and challenges.
- Monitor the environment for potential triggers of challenging behaviors.
- Provide positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
