Aba Behavioral Technician (Full Time)

Applebury Behavior Associates is currently seeking motivated and hard-working Behavioral Technicians/therapists for full/part-time work.

Hourly pay rate DOE and ranges between $20.00-$27.00. Both Full Time and part time hours available.

Applebury Behavior Associates offers both in-clinic and in-hospital services, with clinic locations in Leominster and Springfield. You will be working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and implementing evidence-based therapy programs for your students.

Currently, we are looking for Behavior Technicians for now until the end of the summer. There is a possibility for a year-round position as we continue to grow the clinic.

Are you interested? Before submitting your resume we ask that all applicants are:

· Able to have flexible schedules and must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 full days per week/end.

· Able to start ASAP

· Able to provide one on one (1:1) or two on one (2:1) in-hospital or in-clinic Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy.

· Able to implement behavior support plans (BIP), treatment plans, conduct discrete trials, take data, and write data notes.

· Able to work together with their BCBA supervisor on how to best implement teaching and ABA procedures for clients.

· Able to adequately respond to the needs and requests of families, clients, BCBA’s, and clinic directors.

· Able to maintain and carry professionalism within their work and practice.

· Able to arrive at the session on time and prepared for therapy sessions.

· Able to commute to location, whether in-hospital or in-clinic.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or working towards your degree preferred.

· Experience working as a Behavioral/ABA therapist for at least 1-year.

· If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working within the Special Education, teaching, or ABA field in a school/clinic/home setting.

· Excellent verbal communication and data collection skills

· Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

· Bi-lingual (spanish/english) a plus
