Full-Time BCBA Position Available Near Methuen, MA

Are you an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Willingness to work in the Methuen, MA area
