PrimaryResponsibilities Include:

• Contribute to the team by performing salon services
  
• Market the salon and build clientele
  
• Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business
  
• Help to create a work environment that encourages employee growth andsuccess
  

• Current Nevada cosmetology license
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service by understanding the guest'sneeds, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in anefficient and professional manner
  
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactionson the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and lighthousekeeping duties
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
