THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a skilled and proficient Full Stack Software Developer with a strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core to join our team. Our ideal candidate will also need to have a deep understanding of various web technologies, including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and Microsoft SQL, as they will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and backend services. This Developer will work with all components of a stack to ensure they work together efficiently. This is an entry level position, individuals starting their IT career are welcome to apply!

This is an ON-SITE POSITION, based at our HQ in Detroit Lakes, MN

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p

Essential Job Functions | Code + Create + Cultivate + Collaborate + Maintain

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
• Work on both front-end and back-end development of our web applications
• Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Integrate data storage solutions, primarily Microsoft SQL Server
• Work with JSON, XML for data interchange
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Provide technical support for web applications
• Stay informed about emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities

Qualifications | Strong Database Management + Coding Language Proficiency + Team Player Mentality + Whiz at Front & Back End Programming

• 4-year Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, preferred
• 2-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and database design
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and web services
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Mos Eisley is a plus
• Must love dogs (we like them a lot @ HQ, and you'll definitely see them roaming across the hallway from the IT office)
