Genesis10 is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer for a leading company in Dublin, OH. This is a 6-month, W2 contract to hire role. Role will be remote but on-site 1 day per week so will need to be local to Dublin, OH. (We are unable to do C2C for this role, please no 3rd parties)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to become a key technical member in an Agile environment in our growing technology firm in Dublin, Ohio. The team members who make up this software development team are specialists in data management and software development, allowing them to create unique business solutions.
This Software Developer will play a key role in designing and implementing software systems. They will take high level strategic guidance about the business problem that a software solution is attempting to solve and determine how to create it. They must be a champion of modern DevOps practices, especially software testing, to continuously improve our organization.

This Software Developer will play a key role in designing and implementing software systems. Job Duties:
- Develops, document and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.
- Development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional software system.
- Develops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met.
- Development, selection, tailoring and deployment of processes, tools, and metrics.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, and processes.
- Work closely with management and technical leads to deliver first time quality products.
- Lead estimating efforts for future development work.
- Trains and mentors' others.
- Actively pursues opportunities to continuously learn and improve core software skills, team processes, and systems.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in full-Stack Software development.
- Demonstrated experience with front end frameworks (ex: React), Enterprise Application Architecture Patterns (ex: MVC in Java Spring), REST APIs, Databases (ex: MongoDB, Postgres).
- Demonstrated experience with all aspects of cloud software.
- Demonstrated experience in a software organization following modern DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated experience writing software tests (ex: JUnit, Jest).
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be able to commute to Dublin, Ohio office.
- Strong understanding of software security fundamentals
- Comfortable leading the development of a SaaS application.
- Highly detail- and results-oriented and comfortable working with a minimum of intra-day direction or feedback. We are seeking individuals who have a high level of initiative and take personal ownership in their roles and responsibilities.
- Not shy about learning, nor reluctant to build bridges to accomplish goals.
- Disciplined curiosity: interest in asking 'why' and synthesizing important findings into alternatives and recommendations.
- Confidence in tackling new business or technical challenges.
