Position Summary
The Full Stack .NET Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, & enhancing new & existing systems. We are seeking a smart, driven eager individual who can learn new concepts quickly and is open to new ideas. This position requires you to be able to work independently & on a team but also ask for guidance and recommendations when necessary.
We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team, focusing on building, maintaining, and enhancing both new and existing systems. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and quick-learning individual, who is open to embracing new concepts and ideas. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to understand and create detailed reports. This role demands a balance of independent work and collaborative team efforts, with an emphasis on seeking guidance and input when needed. The successful candidate will excel in navigating complex challenges and will be adept at managing complex technical tasks in a very dynamic environment.
Languages/ Knowledge/Skills Required
- Proficiency in C# and MVC Framework
- Strong skills in TSQL for creating & updating Triggers, Functions, & Stored Procedures
- Strong skills in querying & designing database tables.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Excel
- Experience with JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax Calls
- Solid understanding of JSON objects, XML, CSS, HTML
- Experiences with Machine Learning & Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Development experience with AI frameworks and Chatbots Experience working with APIs for vendor integration (RESTful, SOAP, WSDL, Graph, etc.)
- Experience with Azure or AWS (preferred)
- Experience with GitHub or repositories (preferred)
- Understanding/Experience of CI/CD Pipelines (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills to properly scope project timelines and level of effort
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new systems and enhance existing ones using .NET, SQL, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the IS/IT team for efficient and effective deployment of project deliverables.
- Innovate and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- Explore the creation of AI-based applications and products with commercial potential.
- Engage in proactive ideation and strategic planning for AI technology implementation.
- Solve complex problems and identify new business opportunities using AI.
- Analyze project requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Work within a team to prepare project estimates and assess levels of effort.
- Test, debug, document and implement project solutions.
- Produce technical documentation for projects, tickets, and tasks.
- Resolve issues as reported in tickets.
- Manage the creation and updating of reports.
- Ensure that developed code adheres to best practices and industry standards.
- Continually improve features, functionality, and processes to meet organizational goals.
- Design front-end user experiences with API/database integrations to meet project requirements.
- Create well-architected backend code that facilitates future enhancements and platform replacements while maintaining clear separation from business logic.
- Work with internal APIs for handling requests and interfacing with external APIs, ensuring seamless integration and communication between systems.
- Stay informed about the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years (or greater) equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
