Who We Are
PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
This role will lead the development, testing, and support of our customer-facing web applications, predominantly using ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. As a Senior Developer, you will be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with other senior developers, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure top-notch solutions.
Essential Functions
- Maintain and optimize our existing application suite.
- Design, code, and implement new features based on gathered requirements.
- Ensure the quality of your work through unit testing and documentation.
- Resolve production issues efficiently, minimizing any potential impact on our users.
- Collaborate with team members to derive innovative solutions and streamline processes.
- Convert business requirements into viable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Continuously keep up-to-date with technological changes and trends to drive innovation.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.Net and MVC.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Full Stack .NET Software Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL with a strong foundation in SQL Server.
- Familiarity with .NET Core solutions and adept at troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of Web Services and REST API implementation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general programming concepts.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, motivated mindset, emphasizing reliability and responsibility.
- Desire to continually learn and stay updated with software development trends and techniques.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with the SCRUM methodology and project management tools like JIRA is beneficial.
