Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack Developer - Technical Product Owner and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality software in a SaaS environment. As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Smartlinx, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and maintenance of our software applications. You will be working with a talented team of developers and work on projects that involve C#, SQL Server, microservices, and mobile application development. Your experience with workforce management solutions and stored procedures will be instrumental in enhancing our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack offshore developers, ensuring high quality code, adherence to best practices, and effective collaboration within the team.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions, considering microservices and mobile application development principles.
- Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using C#, .NET, and frontend technologies (e.g., Angular) while following best coding practices.
- Database Management: Utilize your expertise in SQL Server to design and optimize database schemas, write complex stored procedures, and ensure data integrity.
- Microservices: Lead the implementation of microservices architecture, including service decomposition, API design, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Workforce Management: Leverage your understanding of workforce management concepts and business processes to develop solutions that enhance employee scheduling, time tracking, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and security.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, code documentation, and deployment procedures.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, databases, and microservices.
- Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) effectively to manage codebase changes.
- Planning/Estimation: Design the solution and provide accurate estimates for the requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience 8+ years as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#, SQL Server, and frontend technologies.
- Demonstrated architectural & implementation skill sets to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud solutions. Preferable in Azure
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
- Proficiency in mobile application development is a strong plus (e.g., Iconic, Cordova, Angular, React Native).
- Indepth knowledge of workforce management solutions and business processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD is a plus.
