This role is onsite in Irving, TX.

As a Sr Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building prototype backend and frontend systems that improve customer experience, enable innovative user experiences, and increase store revenue. Our engineers have solid technical backgrounds but enjoy learning new languages, technologies, and frameworks. From creating an experimental machine learning prototype to deploying a production-ready backend, engineers take many hats to see projects to completion. The position is located in Irving, TX (part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software and automate processes for deploying, monitoring, and operating our systems.
• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions.
• Measure and optimize system performance to push our capabilities forward, get ahead of customer needs, and innovate to improve continually.
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications
• Deliver on time with a high bar on quality of research, innovation and engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with frontend frameworks - React Native, Typescript
• 5+ years of experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with Redux
• 5+ years of experience with database design (NoSQL, MongoDB)
• 5+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, LogRocket).
• 3+ years of experience writing Unit Tests
• 3+ years of experience with Native Android in Java and/or Kotlin

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with incident management and response solution (Opsgenie, Service Now)
• Experience using gRPC or any other high-performance protocols.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Possesses exceptional troubleshooting skills to quickly assess complex programming applications
• Mentorship of Junior level engineers to help make informed decisions
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders of the project, including those who do not have a technical background
• Self-directed with a start-up entrepreneur mindset
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Math, or relevant experience
