Job Description
We are seeking a Full stack Developer (JavaScript, NodeJS) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems using JavaScript and NodeJS. Your work will directly impact our client’s ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience utilizing technologies like JavaScript, React, Angular and NodeJS, and will have the ability to quickly pick up new languages and technologies as needed. If you are a creative problem solver, enjoy translating high-level requirements into actionable solutions, and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This position is a remote (in the U.S.) position and will be a full-time position.
The annual base salary is $85,000 – $100,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Node.js microservice solution components for video monitoring and analysis.
- Develop front end Angular components.
- Analyze and improve upon existing Full stack JavaScript architecture and design.
- Perform system integration activities with client systems.
- Coordinate with Development Team, DevOps, and Client team members to share design.
- Document code and communicate implementation approach to team members.
- Communicate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Must have prior working experience with advertising solutions and architectures.
- Video advertising platform experience would be a plus.
- Must have experience with Linux environments.
- JavaScript/Node.js development experience.
- Microservice, Kubernetes, Cloud architecture experience
- Cable and video Industry experience; specifically, with Dynamic Ad Insertion and/or Video Analysis.
