M-Th: 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M, Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders, ATM envelopes and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Ensures customers are promptly and professionally served.

Essential Duties:
- Teller duties
- check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments
- Cross selling promotions
- Balance day-ending teller drawer
- Teller transactions
- Revolving credit loan add-ons
- VISA cash advances
- Complete member verification forms
- Cross-selling CU services and products
- Assist with coin machine
- Complete direct deposit forms
- Assist in daily check runs
- Assist head teller with miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Responsible to see that work area is neat
- Perform duties of equal or lower grade
- Responsibilities as needed or assigned
- Saturday Schedule
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school graduate/Preferred associate degree
- Attention to detail
- Professional, friendly and team oriented
- Must work in an accurate manner
- Ability to work with members on problems/complaints
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds
- Ability to balance cash drawer
- Accuracy and speed required on business machines such as computer, 10-key calculator, etc.
- Highly attentive to detail and accuracy in all work product
- Intermediate skills in personal computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs.
- Basic math skills
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
