Shift & Compensation Details

  • 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM (OT Expected)
    Compensation: $23-$25 per hour


Job Purpose

The Fulfillment Team Lead is pivotal in ensuring the provision of high-quality and efficient service to customers. This role involves leading the Fulfillment Team in daily operations, encompassing directing, motivating, recognizing, coaching, counseling, training, and problem-solving. The position also includes collaborating with the Operational Leadership Team to develop and implement staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and enforce adherence to schedules, ship dates, and deadlines to ensure safe and secure delivery of shipments to customers.
  • Direct daily team activities, providing clear communication and continual process evaluation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Offer regular statistical and performance feedback to Fulfillment Leadership.
  • Ensure team members receive necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a high-quality work environment that motivates team members to achieve peak performance.
  • Assist in daily operations management and strategic program implementation alongside the Area Leader.
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving operational processes and efficiencies.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, promoting a disciplined and organized work environment.
  • Keep the fulfillment department and warehouse clean, organized, and operationally effective.
  • Undertake additional duties as delegated by the Area Leader.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in fulfillment or warehousing.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive "can do" attitude.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and browser-based systems.
  • Physical ability to regularly carry loads of up to 25 lbs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
