As Fulfillment Team Lead, you will ensure optimal efficiency for order processing, and will serve as mentor and lead communicator for daily activities in your area of responsibility.
NOTE: this is a WEEKEND shift position, Saturday-Monday, with hours of 7:30am-8:00pm.

What You Will Do
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Supervisors to manage daily workflow and team performance expectations
- Coordinate staffing and communication between Team Leads and Supervisors
- Lead training sessions for team members, both structured and on-the-job
- Manage the full spectrum of shipping logistics, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational regulations
- Recognize and reward team members, contributing to their professional growth
- Address day-to-day employee inquiries and operational needs
- Facilitate clear communication of company decisions and activities
- Oversee cross-training initiatives and mentor new hires in company procedures
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and opportunities for improvement
- Uphold stringent adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Equip the team with necessary resources for efficient task execution
- Maintain an organized and safe working environment
- Accurately process and verify shipping documentation
- Support management in special projects and operational enhancements
- Liaise with various departments to optimize material flow
- Implement cost-saving strategies and maintain current knowledge of customer shipping requirements
- Engage in 5S practices for workplace efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What You Will Need
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in fulfillment or a similar operational environment is preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Administrative and operational acumen
- Proficient in inventory systems and transportation management
- Knowledgeable about DOT regulations, particularly in handling hazardous materials
- Familiar with industry standards and product specifics
- Skilled in inventory oversight and logistics planning
- Competent in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and promoting teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
Physical Demands
Medium work. Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time, with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
