Fulfillment Supervisor

We are seeking an Fulfilment Supervisor for our Fulfillment team at Hanjin Intermodal America, Inc. at Gardena, California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall support for fulfillment business process
• Communicate with customers, vendors and domestic/oversea partner
• Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility
• Generate A/R, A/P billing and Report Profit & Loss timely
• Field work status and Manpower management
• Other additional duties that may be assigned from time to time by manager.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• English & Korean required
• Proficient knowledge use of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Resourceful and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
• Accurate with numbers and calculations

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics and Trucking: 3 year (Required)
• Fulfillment: 3 year (Preferred)
