Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Sell products and services to customers, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate
- Stock inventory and ensure shelves are properly maintained
- Assist with electronic sales, technology sales, and wireless sales as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
